Our regular business hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Saturday and we are closed on Sunday and for Holidays. However, emergency support is available 24/7.

Residential and business customers are eligible for a free consultation. The maximum time we reserve for residential consultations is 30 minutes.

For all of our services, we provide a free consultation period without obligation. (excluding travel costs outside the greater Chilliwack area)

$90 per hour on-site, with 1 hour minimum.
$22.50 per quarter hour remote support, with no minimum. New clients must purchase 1 hour in advance of support.
$120 per hour (remote or on-site support) after regular business hours and holidays.
$1 travel surcharge per KM outside greater Chilliwack area.
5% seniors discount (residential only)
5% veteran discount (residential only)
10% charity/non-profit discount.

We accept cash, cheques, PayPal and Interac E-Transfer.

Emergency support, after regular business hours and holidays, is $120 per hour.
